We will do 1 session of complete virus and malware removals remotely with our tech support team .. You will need to have a valid and active internet connection so our technicians can remote into your machine and work on it.

If you do not have internet on your device and that is the reason you want to have the service, unfortunately this is not for you and you have to walk in to your local store for a fix.

In order for us to remote into your machine for the virus removal please allow us a time to schedule an appointment with our technicians after you purchase this repair.
