Yes these devices are expensive. especially the H&S Mini Maxx Tuner and it is very highly likely that the no power issue is due to an HDMI port…. so check that and purchase the HDMI port replacement.
However troubleshoot and use a USB cable for power… if the device doesn’t power on, then this is the service you need. There is an 80% success rate for this repair (just due to water damage issues, No data, extra damage from careless individuals etc.) . No fix, no fee just pay shipping.
Purchase this and send the tuner in for repairs.
