Refund and Returns Policy

We are a no fix no fee just pay shipping service. which means that if we can not fix it, you have the option to recycle here for FREE and you will receive a FULL refund. If you would like your item back Please note shipping and handling charges will be deducted from the total Full refund amount.

You have a full 90 day warranty on all repairs. Highly ever likely, since all systems are fully tested prior to shipment, however in the case of you not liking our service or there is something wrong with in the 90 days, you can send in the device again and we will honor a re-repair of the same issue within the 90 day period.

  • Downloadable software products

To complete your warranty request, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please add the order number on the outside of the box.


Once your non repaired item is received by you, please send us an email to inform us you have received the item, and we will refund minus shipping costs.

In the case that you have requested the item to be recycled. Your FULL refund is sent out immediately.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at {email address}.

Shipping returns for warranty

To use a warranty request, you should mail your product to the original shipping address on your original order.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
